squat, and out-suffer each other at Ned’s gym about 13 years ago. Turns out, a few competitive workouts led to something even greater: a long-term friendship filled with adventure, powder days, and
just the right amount of peer pressure.
Matt and Joe have tackled unforgettable vacations, legendary cat-skiing expeditions, and of course, their fair share of epic Red Rocks concerts—because what’s a Denver friendship without live music under the Rocks? But beyond the fun, Matt has played a crucial role in Joe’s life, both figuratively and literally. As Joe’s go-to real estate wizard, Matt helped him find and buy both of his homes in Denver. And when it came time for Joe to make the biggest purchase of his life—a shiny engagement ring—Matt was the trusted wingman, making sure Joe didn’t mysteriously develop "cold feet syndrome" somewhere between the parking lot and the jewelry counter.
